Fleece 

We supply a large range of fleece which is made by Fiberweb one of the world’s leading non woven manufacturers.

Agryl® is our standard single layer fleece which has been protecting crops with consistently good results for over 25 years.  It is available in 17g, 22g and 30g and in a range of widths and lengths.

Novagryl® is a unique 3 layer fleece developed in France and exclusively made by Fiberweb.  This unique 3 layer construction has very different properties to normal fleece.  Because the fibres are much more even, it has 70% more stretch than normal fleece; it has improved thermal properties when compared to other fleece of similar weights. 

Fiberweb are one of the few manufacturers who design, extrude and convert all their fleece on the same site. Because the whole process is carried out and managed by the same team they have complete control over the end product.

During the converting process Fiberweb do not use glue or ultra sonic to join the fleece, they use a more expensive method using extruded polypropylene which is the same polymer that the actual fleece is made from.  Having the same physical properties the join reacts exactly the same as the fleece when exposed to the three main elements, temperature, moisture and Sunlight.  For years this has proven to be one of their strongest selling points!
